I’m contemplating doing a credit card chargeback. I paid for the physical subscription+ digital , the shipping alone was like $70ish. I subscribed early January and have received nothing. No response from email to the customer service. Has anyone had luck ? What are they doing for those who they didnt send issues too? a partial refund or send us the back issues ? Crazy how unprepared this seems. What is Turki doing about this? do you guys call ?
