TL;DR Subscribed in December. App is asking me to subscribe to access the magazine. Team unresponsive over email.
I subscribed (premium) when it was initially made available in December. Soon after I recieved an email informing me that i’m bring refunded but that my subscription would still be intact. Now that the app has launched, ive logged in and its asking me to subscribe to access the digital magazine (and there is no indication of a physical magazine on its way to me). It is as though I am not subscribed.
All of my emails and DMs have gone unanswered.
Did anyone else experience the same? How did you solve it? Can someone from the Ring Magazine team please get in touch with me?
