The second round of the WBC Boxing Grand Prix is underway and it's time for the junior welterweights and the middleweights to impress once more.
The second round of the WBC Boxing Grand Prix is well underway and it was the turn of the junior welterweights and the middleweights to impress on Day 1 in Riyadh.
The tournament officially started in April with a total of 64 fights taking place in the opening stage. The second round will see a total of 32 fights contested over two days — Friday and Saturday.
The Skate Rink BLVD in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia will play host on both days.
Each fight will be six three-minute rounds, there will be no draws and bouts will be scored on a qualitative scoring system if fights are even at the end.
