The fight had been in doubt after the junior welterweight champion failed a VADA test for Ostarine last month.
Now that the event will go ahead, Fresh Productions announced its undercard that will take place at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

Alfredo Santiago (17-2, 8 KOs) will face unbeaten
Hendri Cedeno (16-0, 12 KOs) in a scheduled 10-round contest with two WBO regional belts on the line.
Two-time IBF bantamweight titlist
Emmanuel Rodriguez (22-3, 13 KOs) will also snap 20 months of inactivity when the former champion returns against Fernando Diaz (16-6-1, 6 KOs) in a 10-round scheduled bantamweight fight.
