The
November 8 card headlined by the junior middleweight matchup between
Vergil Ortiz Jr. and
Erickson Lubin already had a solid undercard with Floyd Schofield taking on
Joseph Diaz, and
Darius Fulghum facing David Stevens.
It's now gotten stronger.
On Friday, Golden Boy Promotions announced the preliminary portion of the event, which features middleweight contender Eric Priest (16-0, 8 KOs) taking on Esneiker Correa (16-6-2, 14 KOs) in an eight-rounder. Preceding that bout will be a 10-round cruiserweight clash between Robin Safar (18-0, 13 KOs) and Derick Miller Jr. (18-0, 10 KOs).
Additionally, Amari Jones (14-0, 12 KOs) is set to make his Golden Boy debut against Shady Gamhour (14-2, 9 KOs) in a 10-round middleweight matchup on DAZN's main card.
The DAZN stream kicks off with 2024 U.S. Olympian heavyweight Joshua Edwards (4-0, 4 KOs) fighting for the fifth time this year against Zeno Vooris (5-1, 5 KOs) in a six-rounder.
Other fights on the prelim portion of the show include:
- Javier Meza (4-0, 2 KOs) versus Joshua Garcia (3-4-1, 2 KOs), six rounds, junior welterweight.
- Figo Gonzalez (9-0-1, 4 KOs) versus Oziel Aradillas (6-4, 4 KOs), six rounds, junior featherweight
- Sam Castellanos (3-0, 2 KOs) versus TBA.
